General Spanish in Latin America

Intensive Spanish immersion courses include either group classes or private instruction. Learning Spanish abroad in a native Spanish-speaking country is the best way to learn Spanish. Most Spanish immersion programs in Latin America include four hours of instruction per day or 20 hours per week but there are more intensive programs too (25, 3o or 40 hours per week).

The Spanish Group classes offer small class sizes taught by highly experienced teachers at almost all our Spanish Schools in Latin America. The schools include dynamic activities, speaking opportunities, grammar lessons and time to interact with other enthusiastic students in a fun and relaxed manner. Group Spanish classes are cheaper than individual classes or other specialized Spanish courses (especially in countries as Guatemala or Ecuador). Depending on the country of your choice, there is a maximum of either six students (Cusco), or 8 students per group. Both group and individual classes can accommodate all levels of Spanish from beginner to advanced.

Individual or private classes offer more individualized attention from the teacher and time for students to learn at their own pace. Are you looking to learn Spanish quickly? Individual classes could be the best if you are looking to learn a higher level of Spanish in a shorter amount of time. In individual classes, you can customize the classes to the topics you want to study. Individual Spanish lessons are offered at all the Spanish Schools in South America, and although more expensive than the group lessons, the prices in South America are still low compared to those of Spain, for example.
