BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

1. Your enrollment will be processed, once the down payment of E 250 euro or US$ 300 dollars has been received.
2. The total amount of your invoice is due at the latest three weeks before departure.
3. If you book within three weeks before departure, you will pay the full amount of your invoice.
4. On formalizing enrollment onto a course (and accommodation), the student accepts the general and payment conditions and payment method, as well as the norms, rules and guarantees of the schools.
5. We don’t accept no responsibility whatsoever for cases of force majeure (according to law) or for students’ actions.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all students take out a travel or medical insurance policy in their home countries.

VISA

1. Students from Western Europe, the USA, UK, New Zealand or Australia do not require a visa to enter most Latin American countries, though all students have responsibility for enquiring about their particular case.
2. Students from other countries must enquire about obtaining a visa at the corresponding  Embassy or Consulate. The proof of enrolment document which is required for the visa can only be issued by the school if the enrolment form has been received and the advance payment of 250 euros/US$ 300 per person has been made.

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Before Departure:

• Cancellations before arrival will be accepted only in writing (letter, telegram, e-mail or fax), at the very latest 3 days before the program starts.
• The down payment of 250 euros/300 dollars is non refundable
• The rest of the invoice could be refunded if we come to an agreement with the corresponding school about this. Excluded from the cancellation procedures are the down payment, as mentioned above, as well as the registration fee and the cost of any services contracted already such as airfares or hotels.

After Arrival:

• No money for course and/or accommodation will not be refunded once the program has started, nor by us nor by the school administration.

CHANGES
Before Departure:
There is one free change of program allowed before departure. For further changes we will charge a change fee of US$ 75  dollar/ E 50 euro.

After Arrival:
If changed are allowed, once the program has started, will depend on the school direction of each individual school.  

PAYMENTS

2. We cannot guarantee the (free) airport pickup, if the flight details are not confirmed at least 72 hours before arrival or if last minutes changes are made (even if they were not the fault of the students but of the airline). No refunds on these services will be granted.

CLASSES

1. In high season some classes may be given in classrooms outside of the school installations.
2. The schools reserve the right to extend the timetable for classes to 9pm
3. It is not possible to make up classes due to illness or absence.
4. There are no classes on national holidays. Classes cannot be recuperated and are non-refundable.

ACCOMMODATION

1. The student will be charged for the replacement of items broken either intentionally or through negligence. If there is damage and no one is directly responsible, we will divide the cost of repairs among all the students in the flat/room/class etc.
2. In high season the student residence may be substituted by another type of accommodation at a corresponding price.

VOLUNTEER PROJECTS

1. The final decision regarding the acceptance of a student in a volunteer project will be taken by the school and their partners. All placements are subject to change.
2. You are expected to work till the end of your placement; if you abandon the project, no refund will be granted.

ADMISSION OR EXP ADMISSION OR EXPULSION

• We reserve the right to cancel the student’s place if 18 days before departure we have not received the total sum of the course, accommodation and other services contracted.
• In the case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behavior or infringement of the laws of the corresponding country, the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted without the right to any refund.
• In the case where damages are caused to third parties, all the expenses claimed from the schools that originate from the above-mentioned incident will be charged to the student, who will have no right to later claims.

PRICES

1. Prices are valid until the 31st of December 2008 for courses beginning and ending in the year
2. Prices for 2009 may vary; if the prices rise by more than 8% of the 2008 prices, the enrollment may be cancelled and the quantity paid reimbursed.
3. We reserve the right to change the prices or the programs in cases of force majeure
4. This price list overrules all previous information about prices and dates
5. We are not responsible for obvious printing errors that may appear, or for errors in publications by others
